I have been using this product for over a month now and have had zero luck with it. I have been using it for a couple of hours in the morning, and do nothing else but work with this mouse. The range of movement has decreased significantly over time. It is still somewhat usable for now, as I am able to get around the house, but the range is too small for professional applications. I took the mouse in to a mouse shop to get it looked at, and they told me the mousepad was not the problem. They said it was not the mouse, so they said it would be cheaper for me to buy another one. I can't believe a product that cost $39.99 is going to be that short lived. I have absolutely no confidence in this company at all. I am going to keep trying it for another month or so, and then I'm going to go find another mouse pad.

The mousepad is not scratched or dirty, and the wires are connected correctly. I'm thinking that maybe it has a mechanical problem, but since I was using the mouse just fine before I got it, I'm not really sure what's going on.

The mouse does work on a different mousepad, just not the one that was giving me trouble. I just got my hands on a new mousepad today and I'm having the same problem with it. I'm just not sure what the problem is yet.

I have seen your mouse in your tech blog that's kinda old. I had the same problem in the past with my mousepad. It took me a few days to figure out that the issue was actually not the mouse. My mousepad was worn out. I replaced the mousepad and the issue was resolved. I think your mousepad is worn out or something, I would recommend you to get a new one. I hope this helps.
